Understanding the requirements.• Creating the skills string with the help of Google if required.• Sourcing and screening the matched resumes from the different job portals like Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Career Builder, and Ceipal etc.• Communicating and discussing the requirement with the Consultants• Confirming their suitability, asking for skills matrix and self-assessment for skills required in the respective requirements.• Updating the ATS with current status of the consultant and expected availability and rate expectation etc.• Negotiates Salaries or Rates with the candidates or with the vendor in case of c2c profiles.• Submitting final profile along with the details on the portal or to account manager.• Scheduling the interview as per the client’s request.• Regularly following up with the client as well as with the consultant for the position.• Keeping consultant updated about the situation and feedbacks and also keeping them interested and also sending them other suitable positions if any.• Worked with different Tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099.• Worked with all type of VISA (USC, GC, EAD, H1B, TN etc).• Assist Account Manager(s)/ Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.• Knowledge with initial level of closing positions.
