• Execute change management through adherence of Safety, Quality and Productivity objectives through following standardized work• Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives• Meet First time through, inventory, cost, scrap, supply and tooling expense targets for change event.• Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks• Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents• Execute timely change preparedness and change incorporation, including Design Engineering Running changes, Global Study Process Allocation System (GSPAS) changes, Common Manufacturing Management System -processed supplier changes, export regulations or critical vehicle function changes and local plant projects.• Communicate Engineering Change Notices to cross functional teams.• Knowledge of all "Delta" and/or Critical Characteristics related Engineering Change Notice changes to the Assembly Plant Government Regulations Coordinator.• Maintain MTC Matrix by recording updates from MTC meetings and input from ChangeLeaders.• Assign a tracking number to each accepted change (create a numbering system for tracking purposes).• Contact Pre-Production Analyst as required to gain additional change information.• Work for functional builds preceding the Running Change.• Work for needed tooling and facility changes with Vehicle Operation ManufacturingEngineer.• Work with production and plant quality the quality impact of the Running Change on theQuality Operating System or its measuring system.
