Since 2022 I am working as Chargeback Analyst .My duties are to investigate dispute ,look for purchase documentation ,determine whether there was a fraud ,and validate the chargeback if appropriate.Routed and labeled incoming letters from clients to the appropriate department .Close and opened work case accordingly .Investigate and analyzed dispute transactions to determine the appropriate response and backup documentation to defend the dispute
