Owning and continuously refining the product backlog using different product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.7. Writing concise Acceptance criteria in the format of Given -> When -> Then.8. Enabling the Scrum Master in Agile facilitation and ensuring all Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint planning, Retrospectives, and backlog grooming/refinement, are taking place properly and adding value to the team.9. Working with tech writers to ensure up-to-date and user-friendly documentation.10. Validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.11. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and prioritize them based on impact and urgency.12. Owning the release planning activity and taking decisions on the high-priority bugs to be fixed before deployment or marking them as known issues to fix them later.

Working as POC India for TestTrack (TS - Testing services domain) and BitTrack (BDT - Bits and Drilling Tools) applications15.
