Presales Solution Manager
Current-Constantly and proactively initiate customer engagements and business development activities that aim to promote and intensify relationships at various levels in Customer organization-Engage with Account Managers to define proactive, vertical blueprints, strategic initiatives towards customers.-Provide all the necessary technical presales support to the APJ Market to meet the order intake, revenue and sales margin targets as domain portfolio specialist, lead customer facing technical engagements, understanding customer business, technical and operational pain points, requirements and KPI’s (use cases, integration points, etc.) and provide subject matter expertise on complex cross-domain solutions. -Showcase deep understanding of key technology trends (standards, industry events, etc.) necessary in the customer discussions.-RFI/RFP response
