Working at the Karta Initiative has been an enriching experience for me. As a part of this organization, I work with stakeholders, including principals and teachers from Navodaya schools. This interaction has provided me with valuable insights in transition of higher education and has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the development of educational initiatives.One of the aspects of my role at the Karta Initiative is the opportunity to travel to various places. Through these travels, I have been able to witness firsthand the diverse challenges and opportunities present in different communities. This exposure has broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of the challenges face by the communities. In addition to that, I have also had also work in the six Eklavya Model Residential School at various places of Nashik. This experience has been particularly rewarding as it has allowed me to engage directly with students and educators in a residential school setting.
