 Coordinating and spearheading the seamless transition to S/4 HANA migration from a business perspectiveEnsuring compliance with statutory requirements related to VAT, Zakat and Audit. Performing target vs. actual cost analyses to optimize operational; Quarterly review of machine rates and labor standard rates to minimize the production variances and ensure accurate cost absorption.  Conducting feasibility studies for new investments to ensure informed decision-making by top management. Fostering collaborative partnerships with operations teams, providing financial analysis and support to enhance performance and productivity; advising management on manufacturing cost implications and profitability projections to drive strategic decision-making. Optimizing production effectiveness by establishing and implementing policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems, including seamless integration from purchase to store movements for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
