KRA includes: • Managing multiple Stake- holders and candidate Management • Building pipeline across the division for the projected hiring requirements.• Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting & selecting the candidates.• Conducting/Participating in Technical round of interviews with the Hiring Panel.• Ensure positions are closed within mentioned TAT (Turnaround time).• Ensuring release of offer letter within due TAT post checking of required documentations along with Salary. • Handling Mandate databases for the project. • Providing the weekly and monthly reports
