(F.I.D Department)Responsibilities-⊙Maintain F.T.Q above 95% everyday.⊙100% inspection of all tires by inspector and send to quality gauge for inspection without any defect pass by inspector.⊙Work on defective tires to involve technical team and correction on press with mechanical team.⊙Give urgent tire on dailly basis with 100% inspection with quality to BSR (Bounded Stock Room).⊙Minor defective tire repair dailly in shift and send to quality check for send to BSR.(3Roll Calender Department)Responsibilities--Make production plane everyday before start shift dailly without any mistake and give priority of material first from building requirement.-Check all machine parts and manufacturing process before start shift dailly with safety precaution.-Write on board efficiency and update report dailly and guide to manpower to improve efficiency with quality.-Achieve production target dailly without any loss.-Aware and give knowledge to manpower about productivity with quality and manufacturing process in result skilled manpower increase.-All material check in store and take inventory dailly before start shift.
