- Ensuring continuous plant operations of Polystyrene (PS), Expandable Polystyrene (EPS), Expanded Polystyrene (XPS) & Speciality Polystyrene (SPS), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).- Utility Equipments like Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers.- Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) equipments maintenance.- Operation & Maintenance of Certopac & Principac Packing Machine (German Make).- Spare parts management, manpower handling & planning.- Ensure proper following of work permit system & ensuring safe working during execution of maintenance & project jobs.- Purchase requisition, technical approvals of spare parts, mechanical equipments & tools required for project and maintenance activities.- Daily maintenance planning, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance.- Reporting to superiors about the job progress.- Root Cause analysis (RCA), Why why analysis, Failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA) of failures- Maintenance of all types of pumps, condensors, heat exchangers, heaters, strainers, valves, belt conveyors, etc.- SAP materials management.Fabrication & modifications work.

- Handling Flame Arrestors, Breather Valves (PVRV), Pressure Relief Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves & Stations, Flush Bottom Valves & other Process Equipments catering to major Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Paints & FMCG industries.- Writing technical specifications, Preparing General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Process Data Sheets (PDS), reading Piping & Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID).- Providing Engineering technical support to Projects, Maintenance, Purchase Departments of Clients & Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) consultants.- Performing Product Development, Sizing of Valves as per industrial codes & standards & preparation of Bills of Materials.- Leading a team of three. Monitoring & Controlling Mechanical work progress on project & ensuring completion on time.- Generating Project documents, resource planning, single point of contact to clients/ EPC of engineering approval of the documents.- Techno-commercial reviews, detailing & data management.- Performing Third Party Inspections (TPIs) with Customers.- Responsible for scrutinizing Purchase Order.- Sub Vendor handling (technical offer & drawings/documents review).- Customer Engagement which includes customer Kickoff meeting (KOM), Resolving Technical Queries.- Responsible for adherence of quality system/function and work towards effectiveness of system.
