➢ Working in PTP/DMO Team, Performing all the activity related to vendor master data management with in the Agreed SLA with the client.➢ Supporting in PTP queries mailbox, handling all the suppliers/Clients on Chat/Email and call’s.➢ Supporting procurement team in change in bank detail’s validation on Chat, Email and call’s.➢ Performing Quality check on Vendor Master data Creation/Change in Bank details/ Change in vendor Details.➢ Doing cleanup activities on Quarterly basis.➢ Creation/Modification of SOP’s➢ Handling Vendor master data and material master data team, Allocating work on daily basis.➢ Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly & quarterly Production Report for the team.➢ Supporting Business on Knowledge training whenever a new Region is introduced.➢ Handling Monthly, Quarterly & yearly project’s other than daily production and completing them on time.
