Senior Manager - Asset Care
Currento Oversee reporting, planning, organizes daily activities related to maintenance, tool room and stores.o Collaborating with maintenance, operations teams to plan, arrange and schedule preventative,predictive maintenance activities to ensure maximum plant operational effectiveness, planning for assetcare using CMMS software leading a team of maintenance personnel and tool room engineers.Monitoring the performance and health of critical assets.o Managing several types of maintenance, safety, infrastructure, Asset transfer, OEE, Power data, AMC, Repair and rework, Testing certification, NPD, opex and capex projects.o Responsible for various maintenance such as Primary machine, Secondary machine, Ancillaries, Utility, Mold, Plant engineering.o Critical problem solving, utilization of key asset care techniques OEM, 5Why and RCA processes.o Investigate equipment failures in area of responsibility to stop re-occurrences and conduct call out.o Maintain good housekeeping standard and GMPs. Material and manpower handling.o Management of budgets and approval of expenses.o Maintaining asset records and up-to-date documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenancelogs, work orders, and repair histories. Ensuring accurate record-keeping for compliance purposes and facilitating knowledge sharing within the organization. Arranging MHR meeting and updation.o Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation of spare parts inventory.o Hiring and management of subcontractors and other vendors for specialized maintenance work.o Scheduling and assigning work orders and proactive maintenance tasks using CMMS system.o Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, Quotation, monitoring purchase indent, purchase orders, invoice approvals, maintain vendor relationships, and manages the department budget.o Overseeing the procurement, storage, and organization of tools, equipment, and spare parts within the tool room.
