 Co-ordination and control the correct performance of the assigned project works by managing the site activities regarding construction, pre-commissioning, start-up and handing over of the assigned job to the Client, so as to satisfy the contractual obligations, Representing employer at site and conferring with Client and local authorities for all site related activities and problems, Checking construction progress on a weekly basis, Ensuring the implementation of the Site Quality Control Plan. Managing a multi discipline team of Engineers, Vendors Subcontractors etc during all phases of the project execution. Achieving assigned Project cost, time, quality, health & safety objectives. Erection of Structural steel . Completion of RCC work for Cooling tower technique and other misc. Works.  Fabrication / erection of10, 500MT structural steel along with equipment erection alignment works  Methodology preparation and getting approval with concern department for execution of above mentioned activities. Optimal utilization of resources and manpower to achieve the target within stipulated time. Preparation of measurement sheet, Billing & BOQ preparation. Being a specialized engineer in slip form technique having more than 15 years exp., over the years have taught sub-ordinates about slip form technique & other industrial structures and developed them.
