I served as a Senior Technical Assistant at the National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR) from January 2024 to April 2024. In this role, I was responsible for a range of laboratory and research-related tasks, including the analysis of complete blood pictures, HbA1c, and quality control of complex machinery such as Horiba and Abbott systems. My experience also included the centrifugation of samples, data management, and maintaining the operational efficiency of lab activities across different institutions under ICMR. This has provided me with a solid understanding of laboratory management, quality assurance, and clinical diagnostics.I can coordinate and manage clinical trial samples and data from multiple sites, ensuring strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements such as FDA and NDCT guidelines. This involved meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient data, lab results, and other critical information for research.Currently, I hold another Senior Technical Assistant position with ICMR-NICED Kolkata, where I manage field sites, oversee screening diagnostics, and report as a Senior Investigator.
