My primary focus revolves around ensuring the seamless execution of projects within set timelines, scope, and budgets, all while upholding the highest standards of quality.My responsibilities include spearheading presales and marketing efforts to attract fresh clientele and projects. This involves crafting compelling proposals, managing client engagements, and skillfully gathering project requirements. I take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, diligently monitoring and maintaining control over timelines, scope, and financial aspects.In addition, I allocate resources efficiently by adeptly delegating tasks among our talented team.
