• Build and implement Annual Operation & business strategy for the region • Annual Budget planning by Channel (Sales turnover, GP, OPEX, Stock holding, credit risk & NP). • Accountable for the P&L of each business units - Guarantee achievement of Annual Turnover & Gross Profit, CAPEX & OPEX control and NP after EBIT • Plan, develop and implement E-Commerce strategy (50% of Total Annual Revenue exit - 2020 Q1) • Innovate & adapt ways & means to sell-in through alternative/Omni channels to ensure market buy-In to build Axiom credibility & advantage • Ensure Market retention, Suppliers market share & Axiom Shelf share sustains & grows thru robust Trade Loyalty plans for Sell In & Sell Out. • Build adaptive platform for driving market engagement & dealer, Key Account incentive plans thru Trade marketing • Develop new business revenue stream to generate additional top line & margin • Build compressive training & development plan for the field sales force and key account team members • Team management: 15 Direct reports & 360 Indirect reports
