Prepare the annual supplier audit calendar and conduct the supplier audit (System, process &product) regularly to ensure vendors and their supplies remain in compliance with company andfederal manufacturing and production standards. Follow up with supplier for action plan & training based on countermeasures. Interface with vendors for existing products on day-to-day quality concerns, and follow up withsuppliers. Support vendors in quality up-gradation & supplier evaluation through supplier processaudit. Supporting and developing suppliers in establishing improvement programs, verifying theimplementation of quality improvement programs sat suppliers. Participates in the Development of Suppliers using Training, Consulting and providing Suggestions toimprove their Performance. Responsible for the corrective action/countermeasures on quality issues related to supplierparts. Conducting Risk Assessment Analysis for identifying parts under the APQP route to smoothen thedevelopment process with minimal risks Ensuring the supplier performances are monitored periodically & necessary corrective action is takenat the supplier end. Trouble report generation and monitoring. Effectiveness of countermeasure taken by vender. Inspection of all components (Die-casting, Machining, sheet metal, springs, rubber, Plastic Etc.) Through layout as per drawing. Responsible for initiating & implementing corrective/preventive actions for external customercomplaints. Support for inspection & development of new model samples & purchase order samples. Making PPM, QUALITY RATING and MRM data and re-present the same to the concerned person. Conducting Vendor up-gradation drives like Quality review meetings with suppliers on weekly bases infront of Top Management. Responsible for checking all the material and posting the same in ERP. Responsible for Material testing of all Child Parts and verifying the report as provided customer’s std.

 Responsible for handling customer complaints. Responsible for initiating & implementing corrective/preventive actions for external customercomplaints. Prepare & submit CAPA, 5W1H sheet & 8D against customer complaints (warranty parts& line parts). To do Red bin analysis as per daily evening meeting basis and discuss problems and take correctiveaction accordingly. Submitting Monthly rejection and rework data and providing the Rejection Trend byusing various Quality tools for successful analysis of process failure. Responsible for process validation report and product validation report. Conducting and Monitoring Process & Dock audits of various departments. Analysis of rejection/rework/customer return and preparing the action plan to reduce the same. Quality upgradation by developing new Poka-yoke and Kaizens during in-process & final inspection. Monitoring of calibration/Validation of Instrument, gauges & Panel checker & responsibilityfor external calibration. Maintaining the quality standard in conformance to TS: 16949-2009. Responsible for collecting documents of 4M change activities. Using an Abnormality report to tackle NG components found during the Final Inspection and verifyingcountermeasures by the concerned section concerning the manufacture and outflow of suchcomponents. Responsible for all types of like (Abnormality Reports, One Point lessons, S.O.P) and other Documentsrelated to quality. Responsible for new product development activities. Monitoring the continuous improvement activities within the organization thru the KPI monthly &yearly and representing the same in MRM. Involved in 5s system and housekeeping activities. Responsible for the rejection & rework analysis and maintained records in ERP. Improved productivity and eliminated redundancies by making sure that all machine settings and allprotocols and followed before each run during my shift.
