1. Managed and led 20 press machine operators in the spherical roller bearing (SRB) department2. Identifying problem in the production line and providing recommendations on Quality control and assurance.3. Inventory management of steel and br.ass coil approximately 180 T of raw material per month.4. Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and protocols that take the worker's wellbeing into account.5. Implementing concepts such as kaizen, 5s, poka-yoke, and TPM on shop floor on daily basis.6.
