Responsible for user research for the concept development of a new innovation project for the railway industry to increase safety for ERTMS trains towards Master Thesis Completion.Tasks:1. Liaising with various stakeholders, internal and external, to define the various characteristics of the product and make sure all parties are on the same page.2. Project implementation through scenario-based design. - Study of ERTMS guidelines for train control systems to align the project with the regulations.- Conducted interviews and workshops with train drivers to understand their challenges, duties and working environment.- Conducted internal workshops with the systems engineering department to ascertain generated insights.3. Creating animations of developed concepts to present to the wider audience within the organisation to illustrate clearly the product features and benefits.

We are into product development and innovation by using 3D printing(FMD,SLA,SLS) and conventional machining tools like CNC and laser cutting. We develop engineering models ranging from Aerofoils for Wind tunnel test, frames for RC aircraft and prototypes for chassis of automobiles.My work involved handling the technology side of things from guiding designers to creating the product and finishing it. Interactions with the customer on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and meet them all along the process.

Applications of industrial specialized lubricants to ensure the right tribological solutions. The specialty lubricants are heavy duty and developed for specific applications rather than generalized solutions.As a trained tribologist, I was in-charge of handling the marketing and sales in Karnataka Region in India. I handled the sales for major automotive companies in the region to understand their lubricant needs and then work with them on trials to find the best possible products to meet the specific requirements of the individual machinery. Also worked on helping companies develop lubrication schedules to allow for better preventive maintenance that would save repair and breakdown costs.Attended Value Selling Workshop for 2 days involving international participants from various countries in which the company provides its solutions.

Managing and guiding the next batch of students about the various events and responsibilities as the managerial team. Having curated and organised events in the previous 2 years, I and my team transferred the responsibility to the next batch of students and were present as mentors and guides to help them make the events like workshops, seminars and celebrations bigger and better.
