The project involved a combination of conventional, precast and structural construction.The project was completed in 12 months duration with 60,86,480 total safe man hours and in the required best quality standards, with a very talented supportive team of 12 professionals.There were 6 inbound and 10 outbound docks, VESDA fire detection system installed, 3 level of shelving system, 21 charging stations, temperature control room, LED lighting with motion sensors, fire proof security doors with one side access, parking for 5500 cars, office seating capacity for 100 pax and workshop areas.
