24+ years of experience in the IT industry, with strong background in software product development, IT and Professional services, technical support, and M&A evaluations. As a delivery leader, I have led units with 400+ people and generated $25M+ of services revenue, directly handling programs having 100+ people and have also managed all aspects of a large ODC center with 2500+ people. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve complex business problems. I have expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and BI/Analytics tools and global delivery. I am currently VP Engineering and the Nagpur Center Head for Excellon software. Earlier I was Vice President and Delivery Head for Cloud, Devops, and BI practices at Innominds. Before that, I was with Persistent Systems for almost 18 years as the Centre Head of a 2200+ people strong development center at Nagpur. I had an additional responsibility as a Devops architect role, being hands on terraform for infra management on AWS, or GCP and Azure, or building up CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins or using docker and k8s clusters for provisioning of microservice as well as using tools like Ansible, Bash, PowerShell for infrastructure configuration. In past, I was Delivery Head for the BI/Analytics group and before that headed an ISV unit delivery unit which provided technical and project management leadership to multiple, high complexity IT projects, covering software product development, software testing and automation, technical support, professional services. I also have experience in M&A around product as I lead the team at Persistent that used to evaluate products/partners for M&A opportunities. Prior to Persistent, I worked with the Linux practices group at IBM. My role was of an individual contributor providing professional services for Linux enablement to organizations in APAC region. I started my career with SAP Labs Bangalore as a CRM Developer.In 2016, I enrolled as a doctoral candidate at VNIT under GOI's and MIETY's Visvesvaraya PhD scheme for people from Industry, focusing on problems in text detection, image analysis and pattern recognition.
