Independence Compliance and Risk (Operations; 1 year 10 months) Roles and Responsibilities:•Research on companies, its affiliates and market instruments such as stocks, funds, bonds using internal data, as well as internet based and third party data sources such as Bloomberg, OneSource, D&B, and Hoovers. •Analyze the information gathered from various sources and identify conflicting information.•Work closely with client serving teams, partners and member firms to apply the firm-wide regulatory restrictions with adherence to regulatory policies pertaining to securities market and public company accounting standards. •Monitoring investments of firm personnel to identify conflicts of interest and violations. •Contributed for process improvement initiatives and procedural documentation. •Worked and initiated multiple projects, special projects pertaining to process & policy.•Updating corporate family trees and the association of entities in Global and member firm systems.•Updating revenue records for Partners to get an accurate revenue report of various engagement teams in databases.

Responsibilities – •Assisting the customers by troubleshooting all the technical queries related to their computers and cross selling computer accessories, through phone calls.•Maintaining low call handling time and reducing the call volumes as per the user frequency.
