As the head of the Technology Center for Data Analytics & Software Engineering at Thyssenkrupp India, I lead a team responsible for executing the company's global digital strategy. Our goal is to expand Thyssenkrupp's digital product portfolio through collaboration with other global teams. My focus is on enhancing customer value and bringing process efficiency by growing our team's competence, innovation potential, and capacity for digitalizing our current portfolio. I also oversee the implementation of in-house technology projects that will contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives.With more than 25 years of experience working with global multinationals such as General Motors, Bosch, and Knorr-Bremse, I have a deep passion for technology and creating world-class product teams and processes. I have established product Centers of Excellence, built strong synergies with global counterparts, and scaled centers to deliver high-quality software products and services from engineering to manufacturing.In my previous role, I was responsible for establishing the Technology Center for Knorr-Bremse in India as a greenfield project. This successful endeavor led to increasing responsibilities and eventually, I attained a Managing Director position with P&L responsibility for one of Knorr's global subsidiaries for the Indian sub-continent. In this role, I was able to drive a number of Product, People, and Process initiatives that resulted in significant benefits for both employees and the business at a site level.
