 Validation and Activation of proposals using TUT and Oracle FUSION Applications. Processing customer data requests received from sales reps of all regions (APAC, EMEA, NA). Complete setup of customer records with all required fields Maintaining customer data quality within the Fusion CRM system. Maintaining customer hierarchies in CRM. Researching in external data sources to validate customer information Research and validating DUNs, SIC code, no. of EMP, Revenue in D&B, OneSource, Google and updating the values in CRM. Analyze customer records within the database and merge duplicate records. Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, region wise on types of requests received and their status. Working with Software Development team in resolving defects.

 Real-time cleansing of customer data is done on all orders booked globally, ensuring all data is accurate and complete at the point of entry. Identifying human (order entry) and system errors (SAP errors) related to the customer data.  Generating weekly reports on all type of errors related to the customer data of all regions around the globe using excel macros and reporting same to the concerned teams. Identifying the account dupes. Sticking to the process Rules. Adapting the Updates dynamically.
