While being born in India, I was raised in the exotic island of Sri Lanka, where my father migrated in the late 1970s where he eventually founded his own apparel company. My formative years were spent as a nomad, spending time in both the West and East which taught me to appreciate the diversity of the world. I eventually returned to Sri Lanka which i now consider home.While the option of joining the family business was on the plate, I eventually decided to carve my own path. Over the years, my career has spanned various domains such as apparel manufacturing, renewable power and graphite mining. Eventually, my heart set upon the BPM path. Over the years, along with highly experienced colleagues, we have set up shared services and solution designing, process transitioning and transformation for global clients in the areas of customer experience, finance and accounting, and annotation. We have catered to global companies in power generation, financial services, insurance, telecom and banking from Australia, USA, UK, and the Middle East.
