I am currently an M.S. Civil Engineering student at the University of Minnesota - Duluth. I also have a Graduate Assistantship at UMD. For three semesters, I have handled the "Infrastructure Materials" lab and also have conducted research and research technical reports for MnDOT and NRRA funded projects. In my coursework I have done projects on Highway design and Traffic systems design. I have used VISUM to monitor changes in an existing network caused by proposition of new alternate routes. I've also used Civil3D to align the proposed roadway according to AASHTO standards, and also created typical sections, designed pavement specifics & drainage. I have also used VISSIM to simulate existing traffic conditions in order to create alternate signal controls for intersection safety and reduced delay.Previously, my tenure as a Senior Planning Engineer at L&T Geostructure involved meticulous planning, estimation, and scheduling critical for tsmooth progress of the construction of the proposed Thermal power plant at the North Chennai SEZ area. Ther team demonstrated exceptional coordination with clients and subcontractors, ensuring project progression aligned with strategic goals.
