As an Associate Consultant, I play an advanced role where I lead and manage the existing "Integration Support and Brand Analytics" project that I am a part of and strive to bring more efficiency across the board using simple methods and techniques like better organization of things, consistent and process driven approach to tackle new problems and earth out new and useful solutions for the client.I also lead and have engaging and interactive sessions with the client to understand the brand team needs in detail and then devise recommendations and solutions to improve brand performance in the market and essentially help them stand out.I also act as the "Performance Development Manager" for 4 of my colleagues with whom I interact on a regular basis to help them in whatever way possible and make sure they are improving professionally and personally as well.I am also leading a governance initiative (internal initiative) aimed at building ideal project governance across the board and ensure ideal project management etiquettes are employed across all the projects in play for this client.I also play a support role in other internal initiatives like by being an active part of pilot programs aimed at improving employee professional development, developing efficient on-boarding plans etc.

The first very project after joining Trinity Life Sciences was related to "Omnichannel Marketing and Ad-hoc Analytics". Accordingly, as part of the project, I was trusted with the following responsibilities:I) Understand and work on the client’s own data model containing marketing data and cater to the client’s needs (ad-hocs) by providing the required deliverables in the form of PPTs, Excel or Qlik Sense dashboards.II) Interacting with the client stakeholders on a regular basis to understand the different needs or requests, plan for its execution, align and clarify about any questions or concerns and then deliver reports of high standard.Integration Support and Brand Analytics:This is the latest project that I have been a part of for the last 18 months or so.Because of the exquisite work done on this project by the entire team, it has paved the way for kick-off of similar projects for the same client, who is one of the biggest pharma companies within the US.When this project started in Aug 2022, I and our project team started focusing on the following aspects:I) Identification of the standard reports to be delivered on a recurring basis with the client stakeholders using different data sources like sales data, engagement/product promotion/rep activity data and claims data from multiple vendors etc.II) Interacting with the client stakeholders on a frequent basis for different aspects of the project, its execution, other reports and delivery related discussions.III) Addressing multiple ad-hoc requests on a priority basis and providing relevant deliverables in the form of Excel, PPTs etc.Other Aspects:As part of this role, I was also actively involved in conducting initial and pre-final round level interviews especially for lateral hires.
