A dream to fly fighter planes has driven me towards engineering, but intrigued by psychology, I chose HR & Coaching as my next passion. I've combined the technical aspect with the psychological aspect of learning to contribute towards HR Analytics, People & Culture and ultimately in revenue generation & ROI.
