• Managing approximately 1900 accounts and channel partners across Europe & Americas.• Forecast & track key account metrics (monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts). Communicate initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.• Worked on Strategic partnerships with providers to move their business from competitors’.• Study client's existing technology/systems and consult them on the most appropriate process, to ensure seamless integration of products.• Analysis of lead conversions & effectiveness of marketing campaigns.• Timely Roll out of new product launches, testing and procuring feedback for Product Managers.• Analyse competition actions to spot market trends and formulate / alter our direction strategy. • Act as liaison between Clients and Product Managers, Developers, Abuse, Compliance, Billing, Sales, Design, Marketing, Operations and Support Teams. • Conduct research and analysis on products, competitors, market, business.Additional Responsibilities:• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.• Work with the SMM in charge of the Online Brand & Reputation Management.• Training new recruits on internal interfaces, products & mentoring them.• Developing relevant advertisements, sales collaterals, and business proposals for client.• Travelling across major IT hubs of the country for industry events & partner networking.
