- Handling India Operations for International Message HUB Product of Iconectiv- Responsible for Customer/Aggregator Onboarding, Configurations and Testing for both SS7 and SMPP Protocols- Work on Customized Routing Plan as per customer needs i.e Customer based or Wholesale Routing- Analysis and Troubleshooting of Customer/Aggregator Issues while Onboarding Process and rectify the same with - Testing and checking Aggregators Performance on CSG Assure with KPI's, Kibana Monitoring, PCAP/Wireshark Traces- Auditing Aggregators/MNO/Supplier performance in related coverage by Automating Call Sets in CSG Assure - Cordinate with Suppliers/Aggregators/MNO's for Costing for Directs or 1+HOP- Analysis and Pro-activeness in Aggregator performing based on which changes Routing to satisfy Customer in-terms of Quality and Price- Handling Severity 1 complaints for customers for MSG HUB and Short Code related Issues- LCR Testing and Implementation- Supplier and Customer Network Coverage Testing and providing recommendations to Commercial Team-Updating and configuration of IR21(E.164/E.212/E.214) onto platform- Works with Commercial team for increasing margins and grow the business- Support and work with Commercial and Billing team for Billing disputes and resolve same- Responsible for Handling US-Short Code business and handling CSC leased and approved Shot Codes - Provisioning and De-provisioning of Short Codes- Short Code Traffic performance and analysis- Platform upgrade and maintenance- Handling Customer Escalations and provides inputs to team for Customer issue- Works with Development team for New enhancements introduced onto Platform, testing and sharing artifacts and resolving if any Bug fix
