Master's student at Columbia Engineering My love for circuits and systems started when I joined Integrated Systems Laboratory in CEG as a Research Assistant. Since then, I have been fascinated with RF/Analog circuit design,mmWave IC and systems, RF measurements, EMI, RADAR signal processing and GPS. And to continue on this journey, I joined Columbia as a Master's student and COSMIC Labs for my Master's Research where I am currently working on VCOs. My experience in designing analog/mixed-signal circuit, including gm cell and bandgap, for crystal oscillators and IO circuits in various technology nodes at Samsung Semiconductors India strengthened my passion as I acquired leadership skills and strategies to deliver under time pressure.

Key Achievements: 1) Developed FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) Radar RF receiver chain in C-Band and examined -40 dB Tx-Rx direct leakage in wireless transmission2) Determined RCS of target objects and SNR threshold for false alarm reduction; improved receiver SNR by 10 dB in mmWave Radar by integrating frames3) Implemented the GPS receiver chain as a team, including FLL (Frequency Locked Loop), DLL(Delay Locked Loop), Costas Loop for Doppler and code frequency correction, and achieved a receiver sensitivity of -127 dBm4) Devised CDMA-based transceiver for high-precision altitude tracking in spread spectrum Altimeter with low sensitivity of -127 dBm and demonstrated it to the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for implementation
