I'm working in Pi Square technologies from past 2+ years as an associate engineer, During my probation period I was trained on Model Based Development, mainly on MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, MIL & SIL testing, C code generation etc, After my probation I was assigned on Ford's Heads-Up Display (HUD) and used to study the overview of HUD.I was assigned with writing test cases on ADAS for Blind spot detection and Low visibility mode as per requirements.During this project I… Show more I'm working in Pi Square technologies from past 2+ years as an associate engineer, During my probation period I was trained on Model Based Development, mainly on MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, MIL & SIL testing, C code generation etc, After my probation I was assigned on Ford's Heads-Up Display (HUD) and used to study the overview of HUD.I was assigned with writing test cases on ADAS for Blind spot detection and Low visibility mode as per requirements.During this project I learnt many things such as how ECG (Enhanced central Gateway) works in between Phoenix Domain Controller, for AR & VR camera through AR ECU, and other ECU present in vehicles.Then I was assigned on Eberspächer's Climate Control Module based on FOH, Here I used to design Models using Simulink basic blocks for HVAC control systems.In this project my regular activities were attending client meetings, understanding client requirements, Designing algorithms in the form of Simulink models with MAB compliance, MIL & SIL testing, Generating C code etcDuring this project I learnt controlling modes of Temperature based on weights of temperature sensor, working on FOH devices.Then i was assigned on AISIN Automotive's IDS & NaviBox project, a leading supplier to Toyota & Suzuki motors.My regular activities were Interaction with OEM clients, Attending meetings with them, Joint testing on IDS, Flashing Software on unit level and vehicle level, Flashing IDS on bench using CANoe, Hardware unit assembly and disassembly etc Show less

Documentation checks, Visual inspection and paper work were part of my internship.2) Technical skills: Reading and interpreting technical specifications of electrical Circuit diagram, I also used to perform testing these circuit breakers after integration using multimeters to check the current and voltage, megger for insulation testing, and I also gained Analytical skills to interpret test results and identify any deviations from expected performance on SCADA.
