Funding Circle is the leading global marketplace for small business loans. We help investors lend money to great small businesses looking for fast and affordable financing to grow, create new jobs, and ultimately accelerate economic growth. First Product/Engineering Management hire at seed round start-up (Endurance Lending Network) which was then acquired by Funding Circle. Led team post-acquisition through building out the customer products and technology platform. Along the way, I've hired and scaled the product and design team across San Francisco, London, and Berlin and grew (and continue to grow) the business significantly (56X+ growth, current loan origination $9.5B+ globally). The products that I’ve led have enabled us to grow to over 1000 employees globally, serve our customers in five countries, go public on the London Stock Exchange, with an engineering team of over 300 across five offices and two continents. My global team and I have built, from scratch, the entire gamut of consumer (Web, Mobile) and enterprise (API) products for small businesses, strategic partners and investors (retail and large institutions). DNB is the world leading source of information and insight on business, enabling companies to decide with confidence. Managed the Data Integration Toolkit which is D&B’s flagship API product ($20M+ Revenue). DNB's API products enable customers to perform in depth research on prospective customers as well perform credit decisioning activities within their workflows. In my tenure at D&B I have also managed the Hoovers eCommerce product line as well as the Hoovers.com web property. I set the strategy, roadmap and partnered with the technology, design, marketing and sales team to develop and deliver the product to our customers using an Agile development process.

ZimpleInvest is a cloud based automated solution that enables an investor to achieve diversification and asset allocations goals without the need of an expensive financial advisor. Conceived and developed the idea, performed market research and market validation, wrote the business plan, pitched the venture (Pitch presentation: http://youtu.be/ZRvZsCEyaxM) and was a final four contestant in the 2012 Texas Venture Labs Investment Competition (Moot Corp). Recruited co-founder, was the primary blogger, designed the MVP and developed the analytics piece of the alpha prototype.

Led and delivered multiple releases of Dell Client Manager (DCM) and Dell Client Configuration utility (DCCU) in partnership with the Symantec Development team. DCM was the primary Dell branded 1:Many console for Dell business Client systems. We also delivered Dell's first thin client solution using Altiris Deployment Solution product.
