In my role at U& I am responsible for helping with leadership decisions and strategic direction. I am also our lead HubSpot consultant as we continue to grow the variety of services we can provide our clients.

In this Program Manager role, my job was focused on helping develop and execute programs to support our Direct Onboarding team as well as our Principal Channel Consulting team with Post Sale Technical Solutions.I supported the entire NAM Onboarding team with API and Integration training, guidance and hands-on enablement. I created documentation and playbooks for scale and over 12 months increased integration use by our Onboarding clients by 50%.I also supported the Principal Channel Consulting team to build programs to support our Elite Tier Partners with their growing technical needs. We launched an Elite Tier Partner benefit in April of 2021 called Partner Platform Solutions to provide technical guidance and solution design for Elite Partners and their existing customer base.

After working with Direct HubSpot customers for years, I decided to move to the Channel program at HubSpot to learn how I can best help our reselling and servicing partners. In this role I worked with our Diamond and Elite Solutions Partners, helping them grow through better servicing their HubSpot customer base.

In this role I was formally in an individual contributor leader role on the consulting team. I co-led the cross-functional program to help the Services organization get ready to take on Sales Hub and the additional Sales Consulting services necessary to support our top customers.I also worked with the highest paying customers, helped with pre-sales, and worked closely with leadership on developing team members into future leaders.

Joined the Professional Services team as a Consultant. We provided additional business strategy services to HubSpot customers who paid for it, on top of their software subscription. In this role, I was early on the team, and we were able to define the services provided and deliverables included in the service.

Early team member through the first major onboarding service delivery change. While in this role we moved from an "Inbound 101" style of onboarding to a usage-based style of onboarding. We used to deliver onboarding that was heavily based on teaching marketing to new customers, but we transitioned to a new onboarding that was based on launching a campaign, and therefore was touching more pieces of HubSpot and led to better long term retention.
