I have spent over a decade of my life living and breathing automobiles as a motoring journalist. In these years I have contributed to various motoring magazines, newspapers, supplements, websites and video channels. I currently host a television show on CNBC and am a juror on the Indian Car of the Year panel. In my previous life, I was an entrepreneur, the head of a large biker club, an avid gamer, a software beta-tester and a computer geek.

  In 2013, I was approached by Network 18 with an opportunity to take on the role of managing video content for their 15 year old motoring vertical, Overdrive. I took it up and currently, my role includes reviewing automobiles and creating content for the brand’s video, web and print platforms. I also synergise with the group’s marketing teams for the planning, creation and execution of paid content. I head a team of six, comprising of two video editors, two cameramen and two content creators. Host and Producer, Overdrive, CNBC TV18 — Dec 2013-presentAlongside my involvement in Network 18’s publishing department, I also contribute to the OVERDRIVE show on the CNBC-TV18 television channel. My role includes hosting automotive content (reviews, motor shows, executive interviews, travelogues etc.), and production planning for the weekly show and other specials.
