I lead cross-functional teams to bring these products to life, ensuring seamless execution and consistent delivery of high-impact solutions.In my past roles at Schindler, John Deere, and Tata Motors, I have architected, developed, and implemented electric traction elevators, special-purpose machines, and automotive components, sustaining them throughout their life cycles. Alongside, I nurtured high-performance functional teams specializing in mechanical design, systems engineering and MBSE, mechatronics, embedded hardware/software, testing, manufacturing engineering, and product management—including respective tools, processes, project management, and quality systems.
