With more than 350,000 members from every branch of service - including active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, former officers, and their families. • As Project lead responsible for developing client needs assessment to define and manage the platform migration from Personify to Salesforce Nonprofit cloud.• Understand business functionality, business requirements and technical specifications of the applications and establish /maintain project standards ensuring strict adherence to the same. • Ensure quality customer deliverables leading to successful completion of migration.Title: National Association for Music Education (NAfME) Environment: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, MapleLMS, Zendesk Description: The National Association for Music Education (NAfME) is a collaborative community that supports music educators and advocates for equitable access to music education. NAfME, together with its affiliated state music education associations, advocates at the national, state, and local levels and provides resources and opportunities for teachers, students, parents, and administrators. • As Project lead responsible for developing client needs assessment to define and manage specified expectations in quality project delivery. • Understand business functionality, business requirements and technical specifications of the applications and establish /maintain project standards ensuring strict adherence to the same • Resolve and troubleshoot all client-related issues and handle escalations raised by the team as well as the client. • As Project lead responsible for leading a team of 8 US based agents for the NAfME member service helpdesk.
