Handled complete end to end Accounts Payable process

Preparation & finalization of accounts- Prepares standalone & consolidated accounts as per IND AS ensuring the data prepared is correct in all aspects without any deviations- Prepares CFS, statement of changes in equity report and ensures no audit issues is pending at the end of FY.Limited review report- Prepares quarterly files and publications of quarterly results as per SEBI guidelines within scheduled date & ensures data integrity in the reports.- Incorporates published figure in NSE & BSE website and verifies all the figures which are incorporated in Press release document, Conference Call content, Board meeting presentation, Newspapers & Website.- Prepares business wise Quarterly report; Quarter-on- Quarter Comparison report; and Expense Analysis report (Unit wise).- Ledger scrutiny, review debtors and creditors & review trial balanceMIS Report- Incorporates budget in MIS received from Budgeting team; reviews provision & ensures all provision entries posted in the ERP and rectifies the data in case actual expenses exceeds over budget.- Review Unit wise / Subsidiary wise PL/Business wise P/L along with BS and update for reasons for deviations vis a vis budget and PY in MIS and also do the necessary corrections (if applicable) to avoid the mistake in future and highlight critical issues along with reasons and action plan for necessary correction and follow up.Accounting Efficiency- Scrutinizes ledger on areas like old receivables, old payables, debtors, creditors and outstanding liabilities, review of the Trail Balance etc. and taking the feedback of concerned departments & highlighting the criticalities along with action plan.Other Miscellaneous work- Keeping details of all the outstanding liabilities (OSL) ledgers- Keeping track of all prepaid ledgers along with detailed working so as to book the respective expense head on monthly basis.- Peers analysis & ratios- Annual report work: Assisting in providing different data as an when required

Accounts and Finance- Preparation of financial statements including notes to accounts, dealing with statutory auditors and ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and accounting standards- Submitting export documents as per Letter of Credit to bank for discounting of bills- Preparation of monthly MIS showing utilization of Fund and Non-Fund based limits- Responsible for preparation of CMA data for renewal / extension of working capital facility- Preparation of monthly reports for the calculation of drawing power and UFCE certificatesIncome Tax- Preparation of tax audit report after analysing relevant books of accounts and schedules thereof- Computation of income tax liability & deferred tax. Filing of income tax return of all group companies- Appearing before income tax authorities, making submissions as required for scrutiny assessment and pending assessments of the company and coordinating with tax consultant for assessment and other matters- Represented company before CIT(A) independently. Appeared before ITAT along with tax consultantInternal Audit- Carry out a preliminary review of the internal audit area for developing scope of audit- Discuss audit observations, root cause and recommendations with process owner- Perform follow up with management for timely and effective implementation of agreed action plans- Prepare update on open issues on quarterly basis. Ensuring that internal controls are efficient and effective Various other miscellaneous works including FAR, ROC compliance etc.
