Utilized CATIA V5, SAP, and ENOVIA (3dcom) systems to complete the drawings necessary.Developed corporate aircraft interior specification packages, aircraft components and aircraft systems. The developments were based on market thresholds, product improvements, and certification regulations. Continually maintained exceptional quality, timely development period, within the overall cost limitations and completed scheduled milestones.Designed and drafted mechanical installations, systems, and modifications in accordance with design specifications, airworthiness regulations, and customer requirements in CATIA V5.Created and executed Engineering Orders (EO’s) in new aircraft configurations for Legacy and Praetor programs. The EO allows the availability of all parts associated to the corresponding program including documents affected with the change but not limited to certification and flammability reports.Analyzed engineering drawings and design documents to define fabrication procedures in support of service bulletins for various product change requests for FAA Part 25.Executed Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP’s) and Product Change Requests (PCR's) for Interior Configurations of Phenom and Legacy Programs.Coordinated with aircraft seats and monument suppliers for assemblies and parts based on new configuration requirements for all Praetor aircraft.Approved Library Parts on ENOVIA (3Dcom) for Interior Configurations for Legacy and Praetor Aircraft Programs.Led the Process Management group. As the leader of this group, it was my responsibility to ensure Work Instructions were updated monthly and representative of the actual processes taking place in each department.
