For the initial 2 years, I worked as a functional analyst. As a part of my job I needed to analyse the enhancements, test the enhancements in the system as per the business needs. Provide the information to the end users through documentation and direct training. Handle deployment activities on-site to assist the agencies prepare themselves to use the client system.Another part of my role was Support. I was part of the team which looked after issues raised by the end users and assisted them in getting resolved. With this I worked for support on two systems of the client.Currently, I am working on the client system built on Salesforce. My current role is of a developer. I am skilled in providing business solutions, fixing issues, preparing layouts and documentation from the system.
