I have 12+ years experience in Project Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Contract Management of coal fired power station projects. I managed, drove and supported the Project Management team and site construction staff for timely achievement of Project Deliverables.In Sep-23, I have joined our Airport Projects at Lucknow and presently leading Project Planning and Control at Airport Project, Lucknow. Here we have developes Therminal-3 phase-1 and currently engaged in next phase-2 of the Terminal T3.Earlier than this I was part of 2x800 MW Ultra Super Critical TPP, at Godda Project team from CEO's office. My active contribution saved a lot on time as well as money to the Project. I am proud to say that this project has been completed and both units are in operations. My specialties include project management, contract management, co-ordination with multiple stakeholders, planning, supply management, data based analysis for identification of actionable activities of the Project.
