• Interaction with customers, translators, editors and developers across the globe (especially Switzerland, Canada, London, USA, Germany, Russia, Spain, France, Italy, Japan and China).• Act as a technical liaison between the technology department and the business customers• Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis• Interaction with all levels of management and end-user functional support • Data analysis and preparation of reports• Handle all phases of development of software solutions • Handle maintenance/support of applications and their change requests/enhancements simultaneously• Problems/Incidents/Complaints Management and Troubleshooting • Maintain the appropriate contents with latest version• Handle server set-up and configuration• Develop an in-depth insight into the issues and data challenges of organization• Quality Assurance and Testing• Correction and fixing of issues within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)• Conducting User acceptance tests (UATs) and Presenting Proof of Concepts (POCs)• Lead software and process design changes• Manage feature scope• Provide expertise on the systems limitations/capabilities as they relate to the business goals
