I currently work with Carsem, it is an outsourced semiconductor assembly & test provider under the manufacturing arm of Hong Leong Group in Malaysia. As a Sales Director, I spearhead several large accounts, generating US$ 50M annually.In my 7 years stint at Hong Leong Group, I have taken on various roles to drive profitable growth:-Initially, I led portfolio transformation, organized account management workshops, and implemented systems to track sales and pipeline growth across Asia, Europe, and North America. -Thereafter, I headed Project Management for two years, guiding my team in successfully launching projects in the automotive and industrial sectors. I also oversee investor relations for the publicly listed company, boosting the share price from RM 8 in 2018 to RM 52 in 2022.Prior to Hong Leong, I was the Sales Head for the Gurgaon region at OYO, where I achieved a 43% topline growth in a year. In 2015, I founded "BAXI," India's first on-demand bike taxi service, where I built sales, pricing, and operations from the ground up to offer affordable last-mile transport solutions.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and watching basketball.
