I’m passionate about building community, creating palpable culture, and fostering strong partnerships between leadership, teams, and ICs.My key projects include designing an engaging workplace culture, creating impactful onboarding experiences, and developing comprehensive total rewards packages. I love developing impactful programs that are strategic, support our people, and create space to do great work. I’m obsessed with optimizing workflows and automating processes to reduce manual, administrative work, and create time for the human operations of it all: genuine connection and employee well-being.I thrive in fast-growing scale-ups where I embrace ambiguity, using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimization.
