Sep 2003 - Dec 2005

Instructor, 'Technical Drawing & Drafting'

Rockville, Md

While working towards my Interior Design degree at Montgomery College, my Advisor/Instructor asked me to fill in for the College when the scheduled Instructor couldn't fulfill their obligation for the Spring 2004 semester. This was an enormously rewarding (and learning) experience for me. My students - to a person! - performed with excellence, and I received an outstanding rating from the students and from MC. Unfortunately, my full-time job with the Federal gov't; my desire to continue my ID studies; and a wife and two young boys had to be my priorities despite how fulfilling the experience had been as an instructor, and I could not continue the opportunity, when offered. However, I would welcome the opportunity to re-live that experience, once I'm an 'empty-nester'.
