Finalized commercial terms, negotiation of back charges and major change purchase order and Negotiation to the supplier All Fitout & MEP Materials.• Liaise with management, engineering, operations and planning to develop the procurement schedule, selection of suppliers and preparation of technical material submittals according to specifications, drawings and scope of work. • Effectively manage project material submittals and approvals through regular procurement meetings with the operations and commercial teams and follow up with suppliers.• Monitor and update material tracking reports for projects and provide management with a weekly current procurement status report.
