Product implementation, support and coordination including modules of Administration, Onboarding, HRIS, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, , Timesheet, Recruitment, Appraisal, Goalsheet, Feedback, Sales & Customer Care, Material Management, Property Management and Sales Force Automation.2. Kick off meeting with the clients and design ppt for implementation plan. 3. Acts as a liaison between application, end-users and technical support.4. Participate in the definition and implementation of processes to address all questions, concerns and ideas of customers that are submitted electronically or by phone.5. Respond to customer phone and email support requests in a timely, efficient and professional manner.6. Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure system quality7. Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex issues and improve software performance.8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP implementation methodologies9. Responsible to write release notes and software manuals on the basis of build release.10. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users to drive effective adoption.11. Debug the issue with the help of different tools like SQL Scripts, CVS, MySQL Workbench.12. Designing the letters like Offer letter, Appointment letter, Appraisal letter on the basis of client requirement with the help of HTML and CSS.
