Oversaw development of SmartPath Marketing Solution Platform. Gartner ranked SmartPath as the leading Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solution. Acquired by DoubleClick in 2004.

Helped create SmartPath an enterprise web-based workflow solution for helping manage the creation and approval process of marketing assets. Marathon Group acquired by Merant in 2000 as a web service company. SmartPath split off as separate company to focus on the SmartPath product.

Led the development team for the creation of Mainframe Express IDE. An IDE that brought all of the Micro Focus's mainframe technologies into one integrated IDE for offloading mainframe applications onto the PC for development. Still sold today as Enterprise Developer.

Burl Software was a small startup that developed a COBOL analysis tool on the PC. Its impact analysis tool became a huge success with the infamous Year 2000 problem. Acquired by Micro Focus in 1995.
