- Coordinate with the product and technology teams to identify system requirements- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.- Design, create, and execute detailed and well-structured test suites and test cases.- Identify, record, and track bugs reported during test execution.- Investigate and report issues to non-conforming products.- Monitor troubleshooting activities related to non-conforming products.- Perform Client presentation before releasing to production- Participate in Code Review meetings with the Developers

- Tested various platforms including Web Admin and Mobile Applications- Support and communicate with developers to resolve issues- Report, track, and prioritize bug severity- Conduct field testing- Communicate technical details directly to Project Manager and Business Analyst- Liaise directly with Graphic Designer to ensure correct UI/UX

- Creating well-managed Test Cases to maintain the effectiveness of testing- Executing of test cases both on Web and Mobile applications based on the requirements- Communicate and support developers in resolving problems by completing additional test- Conducts bug reporting, tracking, and defining severity and priority for each defect- Performs UI/UX testing, Functional/Non-Functional testing, Regression testing, Black-Box testing
