I am a veteran HR specialist with many years of experience in recruitment and staffing, and hundreds of satisfied clients from all fields.Born and raised in Israel, I was always a people’s person, with an honorable service in the Israeli Boy Scouts, holding various leading positions as a teenager, with many responsibilities over hundreds of activities for the community.In 2003, Just after completing a meaningful combat service in the paratroopers unit of the Israeli army, I was introduced to the Hubbard Management System and its useful tools for recruitment and employment solutions, and became a professional manager and recruiter.During the years, I helped hundreds of Israeli businesses to improve their staffing and employment conditions with a high speed, proficient recruitment cycle.I can proudly say I have developed a unique system for rapid recruitment for small, medium businesses, as well as for enterprises.In 2023 I opened the U.S branch of my activity, located in Clearwater Florida, with the same goal in mind: to provide an efficient and rapid staffing solution to U.S companies.
